We started the business in February 2020 based on hobby and our love for plants. At the time, to buy houseplants, we usually have to stand in the sun and on the muddy pathways of the plant market.
We want to provide the society an alternative way of plant shopping. Easy, seamless, and fun. You can shop online, it will be delivered to your door, and it will like you ordered yourself a gift.
Because of the effortless and seamless way of plant shopping is provided, we hope that someday we will make an impact in the society that planting houseplants as a lifestyle can help benefit the society and the environment.

Born and raised in Surabaya, Valen realized her hometown was absent of online plant seller, unlike the neighboring city Sidoarjo that has many. Starting from that, she start this business with his boyfriend (now husband), David. They have been in the plant industry for 5 years, and has gained experiences especially in types of hardy, true and tested plants for beginner and tough site conditions, resulted from Green Garden experience in providing plants in challenging indoor spaces, such as supermarkets and other (confidential) furniture store.
With their passion for plants and Valentia’s background of architecture bachelor’s degree, Green Garden now focuses on plant styling for indoor spaces and outdoor landscape architecture. Both motivated to make an impact to the society and the environment, our founders started Green Garden. As it has been from the beginning, our purpose goes far beyond profit.
What We Do
We are a company providing retail and wholesale of plants, flowers and gardening products based in Surabaya, Indonesia. That also includes flower bouquet, plant gifts and souvenir/hampers services.
We also provides plant services according to our customers needs, such as landscape, plant styling and home services.
